Gollamudipadu Congregation

Rev. Luther Dasari conducting a service at Gollamudipadu village.

Dr. Moses Raju conducted a medial camp in the village after the worship service.

Please pray for the medical camp ministry. The funding has been reduced to $100 per month from the previous $300 after the resignation of the previous physician.

Portharlanka

On Sunday, February 10, Rev. Luther Dasari was invited to the AFLC-India congregation at Potharlanka village. The woman in the above picture, Nirmala, had been a nominal Christian, but accepted Jesus as her personal Savior and was baptized.

After the worship service, Dr. Moses Raju conducted a free medical camp. About 120 sick people were examined by him and received free medications.

building & transportation needs

The classrooms at our school are in dire need of renovation. We estimate the cost to be about $5000 and hope to accomplish this during the 2008-09 school year.

We also need another bus to transport students. Our present bus seats only 17 and has to make many trips to bring the students to school. The school board has decided to seek a loan for a larger bus at a cost of about $16,500. The monthly loan payments will be about $650.
Please pray that these needs will be met!

old age homes

Two of our congregations are supporting old age homes. There are 14 widows staying in these two homes. The above are from a home at Puthukatia village.

medical camps

As part of our witness to the community at large, we conduct medical camps in rural villages. The above pictures are of a camp in the village of Annaparru. The physician is Dr. Moses Raju.
Annaparru is far from a hospital -- many of the people are suffering with HIV+ -- the government is not providing proper treatment.
Please remember our medical camps in your prayers!
